I have never been one that really enjoys photographing animals, they move around way to much, but I was once able to capture this photo of my cat Morgan.
She was setting up on the coffee table; since I had my camera in hand I decided to take a few shots. I got her attention with one of those little pen lazars and hit her with a low level flash from the upper right.
I would have liked to another shot with a slightly brighter flash for more intensive shadows but she had grown bored and went about her merry way.
Sadly it appears that she has decided to retire completely from her short lived but illustrious carrier in modeling and refuses to pose for me again.

Perhaps one day I'll ship them all off to the pound but for now they are safe.
Morgan is the same cat that you can see setting up on my head in my webcam shot. She use to set up there every night as I worked or played on the computer but has since found a love for food that makes her way to heavy to get up there.

It’s sad that the lighting and color is so far off. I bet it would have been a truly stunning photo otherwise. Oh well it was a spur of he moment thing and I should count myself lucky to have gotten it at all.
